These Terms govern your use of the website at thesouloftheleader.com and any services you access or inquire about through it, including:
- formation diagnostics (the Formation Diagnostic and Extended Soul Diagnostic)
- executive formation coaching conversations and engagements
- formation resources, tools, and educational content
- retreats, workshops, and group formats
By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Nature of services
All services provided through this site are educational, reflective, and formation-oriented. They are not:
- psychotherapy, counselling, or clinical psychological services
- medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice
- legal advice or legal services
- financial advice or regulated financial services
- pastoral care or ecclesiastical ministry in any formal sense
Formation coaching is a reflective practice designed to support personal and professional development. It operates outside regulated healthcare and clinical frameworks. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, medical emergency, or psychological distress requiring clinical support, please seek appropriate professional care.
No guarantee of specific outcomes, results, or transformations is made. Formation is a personal and, for many clients, a spiritually significant process; its effects depend on many factors beyond the services provided.
3. Use of the site
You agree to use this site lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the site
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
- use automated tools to scrape, copy, or reproduce site content
- use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
- infringe the intellectual property rights of Wendt Finance GmbH or any third party
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including but not limited to the CARRY framework, the Arch of the Soul concept, the Extended Soul Diagnostic instrument, all diagnostic questions and interpretive profiles, all written copy, diagrams, and visual design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Wendt Finance GmbH and is protected by Swiss and international copyright and intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, adapt, republish, or commercially exploit any of this content without prior written permission from Wendt Finance GmbH. Personal, non-commercial reference is permitted provided that the source is clearly acknowledged.
5. Enquiries and engagements
Submitting a contact form, booking request, or diagnostic response does not create a binding contract or service engagement. An engagement begins only when both parties have confirmed it explicitly — typically by written agreement or confirmed booking.
We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or engagement at our discretion. This includes enquiries where the service requested falls outside the scope of formation coaching, or where mutual fit is not established through the initial conversation.
6. Liability
This site and its content are provided with reasonable care. However, to the extent permitted by applicable Swiss law:
- we make no warranty that the site will be available without interruption or error
- we accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on site content or diagnostic outputs
- we accept no liability for the content or practices of third-party sites linked from this site
- our liability for any claim arising from use of this site or its services is limited to the amount actually paid for the specific service from which the claim arises, where a service has been engaged
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury, fraud, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Swiss law.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the services provided through this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Thurgau, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may apply in your jurisdiction.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this address. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
