Formation ist Gottes Werk, nicht unseres. Was wir anbieten, sind Räume, in denen dieses Werk Platz bekommt: in einer kleinen Gemeinschaft, in der Stille, im vertraulichen Gespräch. Allen drei Wegen liegen dieselben fünf Bewegungen zugrunde.

Formation is God’s work, not ours. What we offer are spaces in which this work finds room: in a small community, in silence, in confidential conversation. All three ways rest on the same five movements.

Insight alone forms no one. So we work not only with thoughts but with the whole person, as God created them (after 1 Thessalonians 5:23).

Frank Wendt

Über 30 Jahre internationale Führungserfahrung in Wirtschaft, Finanzwelt und christlichen Hilfswerken, vom Silicon Valley über London und Frankfurt bis Zürich.

Stationen: Intel im Silicon Valley; eCredit (heute Moody’s Analytics) mit KI-gestützter Kreditvergabe; 14 Jahre KPMG, zuletzt als Director; COO und CFO, zuletzt CEO ad interim der Christoffel-Blindenmission (CBM International); Mitgründer, CEO und Verwaltungsratspräsident der Obligate AG in Zürich.

Seit sechs Jahren bietet er mit WendtConsult Beratung und Coaching zum Thema «Die Seele des Leiters» an. Mitglied des internationalen Stiftungsrats von Medair. Theologische Ausbildung: Sanctus Institute, Institut für Theologische Weiterbildung, Hillsdale College.

Schwerpunkte: Führung unter Druck, Verantwortung und Stewardship, geistliche Praxis im Führungsalltag und der Weg vom selbstgemachten zum berufenen Leiter. Autor von The Soul of the Leader und Der Sinn der Transformation.

Über 20 Jahre internationale Erfahrung als Coach und Mentorin in der Begleitung von Menschen in persönlichen und beruflichen Veränderungsprozessen sowie in der Leitung von Seminaren.

Fachangestellte für Arbeitsförderung und Diplom-Ergotherapeutin mit Weiterbildungen in Kunsttherapie, Tanz- und Ausdruckstherapie, Klangarbeit und systemischer Prozessbegleitung.

Schwerpunkte: Persönlichkeitsentwicklung, Herzensbildung, Potenzialentfaltung, authentische Führung und Entfaltung der göttlichen Berufung.

Gründerin und Leiterin von Haus Perlentore (Schweiz) sowie Gründerin und Leiterin von Hacienda Freedom Sanctuary (Nicaragua, 2022–2025).

More than 20 years of international experience as a coach and mentor, accompanying people through personal and professional change and leading seminars.
