Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all formation coaching sessions, conversations, and engagements booked through The Soul of the Leader practice. Please read it before booking. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Cancellation notice period

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows the time to be made available to other clients.

Cancellation requests should be sent by email to frank@wendtconsult.net or via the booking system used to make the original appointment.

Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice

If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice:

• You may reschedule at no additional charge, subject to availability
• If a fee was prepaid, a full refund will be issued or the session credit transferred to a future booking, at your choice

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice

If you cancel with fewer than 24 hours' notice:

• Rescheduling is available subject to availability, but may not always be possible within a short timeframe
• If a fee was prepaid, a partial refund of 50% will be issued; the remaining 50% is retained to reflect the session time that cannot be reallocated

We recognise that unexpected circumstances arise. If you are cancelling at short notice due to a genuine emergency, please contact us and we will handle the situation with discretion and care.

No-shows

If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice:

• The session is considered used and no refund will be issued for prepaid sessions
• We will make reasonable attempts to contact you to reschedule if circumstances allow

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice at no charge, subject to availability. We ask that rescheduling not become a regular pattern — consistent attendance is an important part of the formation journey.

Frank Wendt cancellations

If we need to cancel a session, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer a full reschedule or, if you prefer, a full refund for any prepaid amount. We aim never to cancel with fewer than 24 hours' notice except in genuine emergencies.

Refund processing

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of confirmation. Refunds are issued by the same method as the original payment. Where bank transfer was used, refunds require your bank details to be provided by email.
